Vietnamese dry egg noodles with BBQ pork and coffee

I got told that this blog was lacking in food resources. So here we are Anthony, eat away.

This is my go to for comfort food. Thuân Phát Vietnamese & Chinese Restaurant in St Albans, VIC.

The egg noodles would have been ordered as my main dish. Between my sister and I we would have ordered the restaurant’s two bbq meat special – in this case Vietnamese styled xa xiu pork and I can just see off-the-mill roast pork in the corner. And unsurprising Vietnamese drip coffee is also seen.
